Proposed new Bylaws for Vermilion and District Minor Hockey Association can be found by clicking on the "VMHA Info" tab and selecting "Handbook and Bylaws" from the drop down menu.  By Special Resolution it is proposed that the existing Bylaws be repealed and replaced by the new Bylaws and voted on at the Annual General Meeting to be held in September 2012.

An open forum meeting will be held at the Reunion Hall on May 10, 2012 at 7:00 pm to discuss any concerns, suggestions and/or questions relating to the proposed Bylaws.  Please take some time to read and review the proposed Bylaws document.

Changes and updates to the "Handbook" will be made to be consistent with our revised Bylaws. 

 

Receipts from Vermilion Minor Hockey have been issued.  As in the last few years it was an email sent to the email address on file when you registered your hockey player. Please be on the lookout for this receipt as it will qualify for the Child Fitness Tax Credit for income tax purposes, if your child is eligible. If you do not receive your receipt or something is incorrect, please contact Carolyn White, Registrar VMHA – carolynw@strataenv.ca or 780.853.4626.

Your child must have been UNDER 16 years of age (or under 18 years of age if eligible for the disability amount) at the beginning of the year in which the eligible fitness expense was PAID.
